The 24th China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Industry Expo opened in Tianjin

The 24th China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Industry Expo (referred to as: China Ice Cream Expo) opened in Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center on the 11th. Co-organized by China Bakery Food and Sugar Products Industry Association and Tianjin Baker & Baron Exhibition Service Co., Ltd, the three-day China Ice Cream Expo was attended by more than 400 enterprises and nearly 10,000 professional customers from all over China and overseas.

The opening event was attended by the head of China Bakery Food and Sugar Products Industry Association, representatives of leading enterprises in the Chinese ice cream and frozen food industry, foreign business representatives and commercial representatives of some countries' embassies in China.


China Ice Cream Expo is the authoritative event in the domestic ice cream industry. The total scale of this exhibition is 42,000 square meters, covering the whole industry chain of ice cream, with tens of thousands of exhibits in eight sections: cold food production lines, supporting packaging and printing processing equipment, flavor and fragrance additives, finished ice cream, commercial ice cream machines and high-end finished products, freezing and refrigeration equipment, cold chain logistics and storage equipment, quick-frozen machinery and frozen food and raw materials.

Industry leaders such as Yili, Mengniu, Baxi, Murenhe, Zhong Xuegao, Nanjing Puyuan, Qingdao Jinpaike, Shanghai Runchen, Ningbo Xinshengda, Qingdao Shengfuda and other machinery and equipment exhibitors, Shanghai Aipu, Tianjin Alsen, Hangzhou Green Crystal and other raw and auxiliary materials exhibitors, Qingdao Aucma, Qingdao Hailong, Zhejiang Star and other freezer and cold chain enterprises and overseas exhibitors such as Italy Fabre, Japan Ichiba, Russia Svetla, etc., the number of exhibitors increased by 20% year-on-year.

In order to promote the innovative development of the industry and better serve the consumption needs of the people, the 18th Annual Meeting and Summit Forum of China Ice Cream Industry was held on October 10. The leaders of China Bakery Food and Sugar Products Industry Association and nearly 300 representatives of Chinese and foreign ice cream manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, testing institutions and research institutes gathered in Tianjin to summarize the work of the industry, discuss development plans and strengthen exchanges and cooperation.

At this year's exhibition, both Chinese and foreign enterprises brought their latest products to the exhibition, and a number of high level and high quality innovative products emerged. In order to encourage innovation, the second China Ice Cream Industry Top 10 Innovative Products Competition and Awards will be held during the exhibition, and more than 20 ice cream finished products, machinery and raw materials enterprises will be honored by the industry.


During the exhibition, there will be a variety of activities, such as the preparatory meeting of the "National Cold Food Distributors' Home", the distributors' tasting session, the ice cream creativity competition in universities, the seminar and performance of high-end Italian ice cream ingredients, and many exhibitors will hold meetings within meetings.
