What are the precautions when using the freezer?

Anything that uses a power source requires more attention in daily use, and the freezer is no exception. What are the precautions when using the freezer?

1. The freezer should be placed away from heat sources and away from direct sunlight. Because it needs to exchange heat with the outside during work, that is, heat dissipation to the outside through the condenser. Therefore, if the external environment temperature is higher, the heat dissipation is slower, which will make the refrigerator and freezer work longer, increase the power consumption, and reduce the cooling effect.

2. The freezer should be placed in a well-ventilated place. If the freezer is full of debris or is too close to the wall, it is not conducive to heat dissipation and affects the cooling effect. Therefore, there should be a space of at least 30cm on the top of the freezer, and a space of at least 10cm on the back and sides of the freezer for heat dissipation.

3. The freezer should be placed on a flat and solid ground and the compressor should be kept level. This is not only for safety, but also makes the compressor work smoothly, reducing vibration and noise.

4. When the freezer is thickly frosted, remove the contents of the freezer and stop the machine for defrosting. When defrosting or cleaning the inner and outer walls of the cabinet, do not scrape with a metal sharp tool to prevent damage to the wall and puncture the refrigeration pipeline.
