1. Due to poor thermal insulation or sealing performance of the refrigerator, there will be a great loss of cooling capacity
Due to the improper selection of insulation layer thickness in design, the inadequate insulation thickness for pipes and refrigerator insulation walls results in poor heat insulation performance and bad heat preservation effect. In addition, in the process of use, the heat preservation and moisture-proof performance of thermal insulation materials may be destroyed, which will result in the insulation layer affected by damp, deformation, and even erosion, so the capacity of heat insulation and heat preservation will decrease, the cooling capacity loss of the refrigerator will increase, and the temperature decline of a refrigerator will significantly slow down.
2. Too thick frost or too much dust on the evaporator surface leads to the decline of the heat transfer effect
Another important reason for the slow decline of the commercial grade freezer temperature is the low heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, which is mainly caused by too thick a frost layer or too much dust accumulated on the surface of the evaporator. As the surface temperature of the refrigerator evaporator is mostly lower than 0°C, and the humidity in the refrigerator is relatively high, the moisture in the air is easy to frost or even freeze on the surface of the evaporator, which will affect the heat transfer effect of the evaporator. In order to prevent too thick frost layers on the surface of the evaporator, it is necessary to defrost it regularly.
1. Stop the refrigerator and defrost. That is, stop the operation of the compressor, open the door of the warehouse, let the temperature rise, wait for the frost layer to melt automatically, and then restart the compressor.
2. Rinse the frost. After moving the goods out of the warehouse, rinse the surface of the evaporator pipe directly with the high temperature running water to make the frost layer dissolve or fall off. In addition to the poor heat transfer effect of the evaporator caused by too thick frosting, the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator will also significantly reduce due to too much dust accumulated on the surface of the evaporator without cleaning for a long time.
